Fun Classes in Frederick Every Monday in January
Frederick contains no shortage of artistic experts and establishments, and from time to time, these treasured people and places set up events that really catch our eye. Local dance instructor Anam Cara takes the cake this month with an exciting idea for an all-ages class that blends dance techniques with a bit of everyday practicality. Although focused on performance art, these balance classes can be of great use to anyone who struggles to stay upright throughout their day.
At a price of just $12, these lessons can be tough to beat as an evening activity. Hosted at 6:30 PM every Monday in January, you can drop into lessons online or head over to Cara’s fabulous and unique studio. These classes are made for all ages and are a great way to spend some time as a family. If you like what you see, be sure to check out her other classes, too: she runs year-round instruction in belly dancing, on top of other seasonal specialties.
