Local dance instructor Anam Cara takes the cake this month with an exciting idea for an all-ages class that blends dance techniques with a bit of everyday practicality. Although focused on performance art, these balance classes can be of great use to anyone who struggles to stay upright throughout their day. 

At a price of just $12, these lessons can be tough to beat as an evening activity. Hosted at 6:30 PM every Monday in January, you can drop into lessons online or head over to Cara’s fabulous and unique studio. These classes are made for all ages and are a great way to spend some time as a family.
